Principal Profiles

Kerry Splatt B.A. LL.B

Kerry was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1982 having completed his article clerkship at Williams & Williams (now Minter Ellison) and a year as Judge’s associate to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Sir Walter Campbell. Kerry has also been admitted as a solicitor to the High Court of Australia, and in 1998, was admitted to the High Court of England and Wales.

Kerry was also one of the first solicitors in the state to gain specialist accreditation with the Queensland Law society, having received this accreditation in December 1998. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, as well as being a member of several committees and councils of law associations and bodies.

Kerry supervises all files and monitors their progress from start to finish.
